Ciao, Italy!

We're on our way to Italy, a beautiful country in southern Europe. Italy's neighboring countries include France, Switzerland, Austria and Slovenia. Its boot shape makes it is easy to locate on a map. It is surrounded on three sides by the Adriatic, Mediterranean, Tyrrhenian and Ionian Seas. Major rivers in Italy include the Po, Tiber and Arno rivers.

The colors of the Italian flag stand for hope (green), faith (white), and charity (red).
